Since we purchased the hotel in 1989 we have successfully operated it commercially for both the Winter and Summer seasons.

In winter we have catered for the international adventure skier with clientele from all over the world who wish to ski in this unique unspoilt resort with its 2150 meter vertical descent

The summer season attracts the mountain and outdoor lovers who come to walk, climb, cycle (the Tour du France passes by most years) or simply to relax in the natural environment.

There is a lot of scope to further enhance this business and also the possibility to further develop the property as all its surrounding land has planning permission and could accommodate a small appartment building and an individual chalet.
